Wether it be a brisk walk or a workout, try and make time in your day to do some exercise! Make the most of the early sunrise and start your day off out in the sunshine breathing the fresh air.
4. Get enough sleep
This ensures to improve your mental health and improve your overall wellbeing. 6-8 hours of sleep is generally best.
5. Enjoy nature!
Make sure you go outside and breath the fresh air, take a swim in the ocean and appreciate the beauty of nature that surrounds us! We live in such a beautiful clean country so make the most of it.
